Early career roles include Manager at Spar Supermarket in Clonakilty, overseeing various business operations, and Assistant Manager at Tesco Supermarket, where foundational retail and customer service skills were developed. Tom's education includes a CIMA Management Accounting qualification and a Lean Sigma Green Belt Certificate, complemented by a PG Diploma in Financial Management and a Diploma in Training and Development.
