Rebecca Moore

Rebecca Moore is currently the VP of People Operations at Kepler. Prior to their current role, Rebecca served as the Director of Talent and Training at Kepler Group from October 2013 to April 2019. In this role, Rebecca was responsible for acting as a key day-to-day contact for assigned clients and vendors, tracking and resolving client issues, partnering with clients to understand their business goals and marketing objectives, and contributing to weekly, monthly, and annual client insights and strategy reports.

Before joining Kepler Group, Rebecca was a fifth grade teacher at Cesar Chavez Academy in Denver from August 2010 to June 2013. In this role, they provided rigorous instruction to fifth grade students in core academic content areas, planned objective-driven lessons and prepared materials for four academic content lessons each day, collaborated with colleagues to ensure consistency in teaching and expectations among grades, communicated regularly with students’ parents to share information about students’ progress and needs, and created organizational systems to manage large volumes of student data and assignments.

Rebecca’s experience in both education and talent development have equipped their with the skills necessary to excel in their current role as VP of People Operations at Kepler. In this role, they are responsible for leading all aspects of Kepler’s people operations, including recruiting, performance management, employee development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. Rebecca’s commitment to developing talent and their ability to build strong relationships with clients makes their an invaluable asset to Kepler.

Rebecca Moore has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University.

Rebecca Moore reports to Rick Greenberg, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Elle Buttrick - VP, Campaign Ops/VDM, Nathaniel Kangpan - Chief Information Officer, and Andrew Toledano - Chief Client Development Officer.
