Mr Eric Ng was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Trustee-Manager with effect from 1 August 2021. Mr Ng joined the Trustee-Manager in 2017 and held the position of Head of Finance before his appointment as Chief Financial Officer.
As the Chief Financial Officer, Mr Ng is responsible for the Trustee-Manager’s and KIT's financial and reporting functions, including accounting, taxation, treasury and compliance.
Mr Ng has more than 20 years of experience in large infrastructure companies, handling roles in group reporting, corporate finance, financial control, corporate tax and treasury.
Prior to joining the Trustee-Manager, Mr Ng held various finance roles within large infrastructure and utility companies including 10 years with the Singapore Power Group. His last held role in Singapore Power Group was the head of treasury settlements division. Mr Ng started his career at KPMG Singapore as an auditor.
Mr Ng holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is also a CFA® Charterholder and a Chartered Accountant of Singapore with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT) offers the opportunity to invest in a diverse portfolio of core infrastructure businesses (ranging from waste treatment, water production, power production and transmission, piped gas production retailing to telecommunications). It operates through five segments: Gas, Concessions, Power, Electricity and Corporate. The Gas segment is engaged in production and retailing of town gas and retailing of natural gas in Singapore. The Concessions segment consists of concessions in relation to the desalination plant, water treatment plant and waste-to-energy plants in Singapore. The Power segment consists of tolling arrangement for the power plant in Singapore. The Electricity segment operates subsea electricity interconnector in Australia. The Corporate segment is engaged in investment holding, asset management and business development. Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte Ltd (KIFM) is the Trustee-Manager of the Trust.
