Mai Nguyen

Mai Nguyen is a seasoned professional in Learning and Organization Development with extensive experience across various leading companies. Currently serving as VP of Learning & Organization Development at Keppel Ltd. since August 2022, Mai has held significant roles including Senior Manager at Hanwha Life Vietnam, Head of Learning and Development at Home Credit Vietnam, and Learning & Development Manager at Keppel Land Vietnam. Previous positions also include Training & Development Manager at Phương Phát, Head of HR Development at CJ CGV Vietnam, and Training Design and Development Manager at METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry. Mai holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pedagogy, Hue.
