Randy Ehman

Randy Ehman is the Vice President for Bureau Relations at Keppler Speakers. Randy has been with Keppler for over 22 years, and in that time has held various positions including Senior Associate in the College Division and Vice President for Bureau Relations. In their current role, Randy is responsible for streamlining the co-brokering process of Keppler's professional speakers with other lecture agencies and bureaus, as well as effectively communicating information about Keppler's exclusive roster of speakers to the agencies and bureaus that they work with. Randy also provides creative consulting and brainstorming fresh ideas with our agency and bureau clients from Keppler's roster.

Prior to joining Keppler Speakers, Randy was the President of Westvale Talent, Inc., a celebrity lecture agency they founded. At Westvale, Randy exclusively managed several professional speakers, handling all aspects of speaker development, contract negotiations with talent buyers and event logistics.

Randy Ehman earned a B.S. from SUNY Geneseo in Management Science/Marketing. Randy was President of the Undergraduate Alumni Assoc. and was presented with Outstanding Student Leadership Award at commencement.

Randy Ehman is the Vice President of Bureau Relations at the company. Randy'steam is responsible for maintaining relationships with the company's various bureau partners. This includes ensuring that the company's products and services are up to par with what the bureau partners expect, as well as keeping communication lines open so that the company can continue to provide the best possible service.
