Marcheta Fornoff

Marcheta Fornoff is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in arts and culture reporting. Currently serving as an Arts Reporter for KERA – North Texas Public Broadcasting since January 2025, Fornoff previously held the role of Arts & Culture Editor and Reporter at Fort Worth Report from December 2021 to December 2024, where responsibilities included story pitching, coordinating arts coverage, and mentoring team members. Prior experience at Minnesota Public Radio spanned from 2014 to 2021, where Fornoff progressed from Assistant Producer to Producer, overseeing show operations and training staff. Early career experiences include roles at Radio K - KUOM, where Fornoff worked as a Disc Jockey and Associate Producer and Reporter. Fornoff holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Minnesota.
