Worldwide Ecommerce Operations Manager

Valeria Ferlaino serves as the Worldwide eCommerce Operations Manager at Kering since June 2020, focusing on enhancing customer experience across omnichannel operations and managing relationships between brands and operational teams. Prior to this role, Valeria was the eCommerce Operations Backoffice Manager, overseeing EMEA team operations and implementing standards for B2C activities. Valeria's career also includes significant experience at Italia Independent from June 2012 to June 2020, where responsibilities ranged from managing ecommerce strategies to customer service functions. Earlier positions include coordination roles at Juventus Soccer School and customer service positions at Fnac and Alpitour. Valeria holds a Master's degree in Languages and Translation from Università degli Studi di Torino and is currently pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt at University of Rome Tor Vergata.
