You-Hieng Ham is a seasoned technical solution consultant with extensive experience in digital e-commerce. Currently serving as Senior Technical Solution Consultant at Mirakl since January 2021, You-Hieng previously held the role of Technical Success Manager for EMEA & APAC at L'Oréal from March 2019 to December 2020, contributing to the Global E-commerce team in the Global Digital L'Oréal Luxe division. Prior experience includes managing the E-commerce Technology & Technical Support team at Clarins Group, where responsibilities encompassed the Technical Digital E-commerce Ecosystem and integration projects, as well as various technical roles at Capgemini Consulting focused on business innovation, and at Renault and HSBC in IT architecture and digital marketing capacities, respectively. You-Hieng holds an engineering degree from CentraleSupélec.
