Rich Mager has over 25 years of work experience, with a focus on leadership and operational roles in the healthcare and technology industries. From 2018 to the present, they have been the Chief Executive Officer of Keriton, a platform that improves breastfeeding management and patient engagement in neonatal ICUs. Rich also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Keriton from 2017 to 2018.
Prior to their role at Keriton, Mager founded M&M Consulting Services in 2016. Rich has also held various leadership positions at Veeva Systems, a cloud-based software company for the life sciences industry, from 2015 to 2016.
From 2003 to 2014, Mager worked at Bracket, a specialty services provider for clinical trials. Rich served as the Sr. VP and General Manager, Vice President of Client Delivery, Associate Vice President of Clinical Operations, Sr. Director of Project Delivery, Director of Project Delivery, and Sr. Project Manager during their tenure.
Mager began their career at Accenture in 1994, where they worked as a Manager until 2003.

Rich Mager received their high school diploma from LaSalle College High School in 1990. Rich then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Bucknell University, which they successfully completed in 1994.
