Sakshi Gupta has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they worked as an IT-Trainer at Emmanuel Global School, where they handled network infrastructure troubleshooting and provided training to high school students. In 2019, they joined 10xtech.co.in as a Technical Support Staff, where they provided remote support and resolved connectivity issues during Zoom meetings. From 2020 to 2022, they returned to Emmanuel Global School as an IT-Trainer, focusing on network infrastructure troubleshooting, coordinating with cloud server providers, and providing training in mathematics and computer basics. In 2022, they worked at THATSIOT as a Helpdesk Support, where they provided remote support for the Kerlink WMC solution and maintained daily and weekly reports. Currently, they are working at Kerlink as a Customer Support Engineer.

Sakshi Gupta completed their Bachelor's degree in Science from Kuk University in 2013. Sakshi then pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics from Kurukshetra University, graduating in 2015. In 2017, Sakshi furthered their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree with a specialization in Science and Mathematics from Kurukshetra University.
