Nicolas Ekicier

Nicolas Ekicier has a diverse work experience in the field of remote sensing and data analysis. Nicolas started their career in 2011 as an intern at the Centre de Recherche de Climatologie, where they worked on using remote sensing data to monitor rainfall in Eastern Africa.

From 2011 to 2016, Nicolas worked at GEOSYS as a remote sensing researcher. Nicolas'sresponsibilities included developing prototypes and conducting analysis using various types of data, such as remote sensing, weather, and ground truth data. Nicolas used tools like Matlab, GIS, and management software to deliver relevant information to customers in the agronomic domain.

In 2016, Nicolas worked as an independent consultant at JLR Conseil. Nicolas specialized in land management and provided analysis using statistical data and remote sensing techniques. Nicolas also used TransCAD software for traffic modeling.

From 2017 to 2019, Nicolas worked at Technology & Strategy as a remote sensing engineer and technical leader for both TELESPAZIO and MAGELLIUM. Nicolas'srole involved remote sensing research and technical leadership in the development of solutions and methods.

Nicolas'sresponsibilities included the development of methods and solutions in machine learning and deep learning using image processing techniques. Nicolas has expertise in Python libraries like Numpy, Pandas, Gdal, Matplotlib, and Scikit-Learn.

Nicolas Ekicier's education history starts in 2006 when they enrolled at the Université de Bourgogne. Nicolas completed their undergraduate studies in Geography and Cartography, with a specialization in Territorial Planning, earning a Licence degree in 2009. Nicolas continued their education at the same university and pursued a Master 2 (M2) degree in Environmental Science, specializing in Environmental Science, from 2010 to 2011.
