Todd Coston

Todd Coston currently serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor of Planning and Educational Technology at Kern Community College District since July 2021. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of Executive Director of Information Technology at Bakersfield College from January 2008 to July 2021, overseeing all campus technology and the operational aspects of Distance Education, as well as serving as an Adjunct Instructor for Computer Studies courses. Todd's earlier experience includes a tenure as Systems Manager at Kern Community College District, where responsibilities involved data center management and server administration from June 1997 to June 2011. Todd holds a Master’s degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
