Jeff Payne

Jeff Payne has a wealth of experience in financial operations within the education sector, working as the Chief Financial Operations Officer at Kern County Superintendent of Schools since March 2014. Prior to this role, Jeff served as a District Fiscal Analyst providing fiscal oversight and support for Kern County K-12 school districts. Jeff has also held roles as Director of Business Services at Wasco Union High School District and Lamont Elementary School District.
