Alex Fisher

Alex Fisher is an accomplished broadcast journalist with extensive experience in news reporting and anchoring. Currently serving as Managing Editor at KGET-TV 17 since July 2023, Alex previously held the roles of Morning News Anchor and News Reporter at KGET TV17 - Telemundo 17.3 - CW12 from May 2016. Prior experience includes position as Assignment Editor at Pepperdine University, where Alex wrote impactful stories and developed a program for breaking news coverage. Alex's background also features roles as a News Producer and Anchor at News Waves 32, an internship at NBC News, and involvement as a Marketing Intern at Let's Start Talking-Pepperdine University. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Pepperdine University.
