Alicia Beal

Alicia Beal is an experienced project manager currently working at Kern Health Systems since March 2022, where responsibilities include managing health projects in a hybrid disciplined agile and waterfall environment, as well as mentoring project managers. Previously, Alicia served as IT Project Manager III at Tulare County Information Communication Technology Department from January 2008 to February 2022, overseeing various IT infrastructure projects and providing training to enhance team performance. Alicia has also held roles as Senior Project Manager at ACS, a Xerox Company, from September 2003 to December 2007, focusing on citizen-centric online services, and as Senior Technology Manager at Affiliated Computer Services from April 1999 to September 2003, managing a team responsible for technology management across multiple departments. Alicia earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Science in Mathematics from Reedley College.
