Lea Lazarescou

Lea Lazarescou has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lea is currently working as a Principal, Performance and Development at Kernel Global, where they drive performance and engagement across two global businesses and supports recruitment work. Prior to that, they were a Senior Associate at Erevena and focused on executive search. Lea also worked as an Associate at Korn Ferry, specializing in executive search and organization consulting in the industrial manufacturing sector. In addition, Lea has experience in marketing and event coordination as a Marketing Intern at George Mason University Dining Services, Sodexo, and as a Professional Development Intern at Meeting Professionals International. Lea also gained administrative and communication skills through internships at Solace Women's Aid, North London Rape Crisis and the Texas Department of Agriculture. Lea Lazarescou completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University from 2012 to 2016. Lea then pursued their Master of Arts degree in Gender and International Development at the University of Warwick from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they spent a semester studying at Freie Universität Berlin in 2015. Prior to their university education, Lea Lazarescou attended Plano East Senior High School from 2010 to 2012.
