Lauren DiPetrillo

Lauren DiPetrillo has extensive work experience in the field of regulatory affairs and clinical science. Lauren is currently working at Keros Therapeutics as the Vice President and Head of Regulatory Affairs, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this role, they were an Executive Director and Head of Regulatory Affairs at Keros Therapeutics from March 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Keros Therapeutics, Lauren worked at Alkermes for over a decade, holding various positions in regulatory affairs and clinical science. Lauren served as the Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs from February 2020 to March 2021 and as the Director of Regulatory Affairs from February 2018 to March 2021. Lauren also held roles as an Associate Director in both regulatory affairs and clinical science, as well as senior and clinical research scientist positions in clinical science. Lauren'stenure at Alkermes spanned from July 2008 to February 2020.

Lauren's earlier work experience includes a research assistant role at Harvard School of Public Health from June 2001 to September 2003 and a marketing assistant position at The Medicines Company from May 2000 to September 2000.

Lauren DiPetrillo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Richmond, having studied from 1999 to 2003. Following this, they pursued their doctoral studies at the Tufts University Sackler School of Graduate Biomedical Sciences, specializing in Clinical Pharmacology with a focus on Pharmacokinetics. Lauren completed their Ph.D. in this field from 2003 to 2008.
