Leigh Hamm has extensive experience in talent and organization development, program management, leadership, and performance improvement. Leigh is currently the Head of Global Talent Development at Kerridge Commercial Systems where she manages a team responsible for sales enablement, leadership development, organization design architecture, ESG and Compliance training, and learning and development. Leigh also worked at Avid Solutions and has also held positions at Lowe's Corporation, The Home Depot, PKF North America, and CompuCredit Corporation, where they focused on performance consulting, training, and instructional design, as well as learning and development management.
Leigh has served as an adjunct instructor or Teaching Assistant at Columbus State University and Catawba County Community College. She has been actively involved in community organizations, serving as VP for the Junior League of Atlanta and on the board for organizations such as the Holly Springs Arts Council and The Nurtured Nest.
