Ian Farmer McIps

Ian Farmer MCIPS has extensive experience in the food production industry, having held various leadership roles at Kerry and Paradise Foods - The Wellness Group. At Kerry, Ian has served as Plant Transformation Lead and Plant Manager, as well as acting as a Change Agent. Prior experience includes the position of General Manager at Paradise Foods and Supply Chain Manager at Kerry Foods. Ian's career began at Hibernia Foods as Purchasing Manager, which was later acquired by the Kerry Group. Ian Farmer holds a BA (Hons) in Design for Industry from Northumbria University, completed between 1986 and 1990.
