Joanne Ross

Joanne Ross serves as the Group General Counsel at Kerry since September 2023, bringing extensive legal and strategic experience from roles at Centrica where responsibilities included General Counsel for British Gas and leadership positions in corporate strategy and executive support. Previously, Joanne held directorships at SNRG and EAI: Electricity Association of Ireland and served as the Legal, Regulation & Corporate Affairs Director at Bord Gáis Energy. Joanne's legal expertise was developed at Coca-Cola HBC as General Counsel and in various roles at Lagan Technologies and McCann FitzGerald. Educational qualifications include a BCL in Law from University College Dublin and multiple solicitor enrollments across England, Northern Ireland, and Ireland, alongside a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors with distinction.
