Phil Dowd

Elected to Kerry’s Board of Directors in 2020, Phil brings to the Board extensive experience in commercial real estate, fundraising, and large scale business development.

During Phil Dowd’s career, he was a senior executive within the business publishing market, as well as the commercial real estate brokerage business.

Phil is currently retired and along with his wife Diane splits his time caring for his grandkids, playing duplicate bridge, and fitness training.
