Emmanuel Paysan

Emmanuel Paysan has extensive experience in the food safety and hygiene sectors, currently serving as the Regional Sales Director for Kersia since August 2017, focusing on the commercialization of HYPRED ANTIGERM and LCB products for the agri-food industry. Prior to this role, Emmanuel held the position of Commercial Manager for the Southwest Region at Laboratoires Anios from December 2003 to August 2017, overseeing sales across 19 departments and managing client portfolios. Emmanuel's career also includes consultancy in food safety at QUALITAL, where responsibilities encompassed HACCP system implementation and training, as well as a quality management role at HAUKY. Educational qualifications include a specialization in production hygiene from ESTBA Paris and a BTS in biochemistry and microbiology from Lycée Notre Dame.
