Shalini Shah

Shalini Shah is a seasoned professional in reproductive wellness and community building, currently serving as the Lead Millie Guide at Millie, Inc. since September 2022. As Co-Creator of The Shah Sisters since May 2022, Shalini focuses on reclaiming ancestral connections and healing modalities within modern reproductive health. Shalini also founded BIPOC in the Bay in May 2020, dedicated to increasing the visibility of BIPOC birth and postpartum providers in the Bay Area. In addition, since September 2018, Shalini has owned Due Dates, which specializes in date-based caramels for pregnancy and postpartum. Shalini's background includes working as a Prenatal Educator at Natural Resources from January 2017 to July 2021, where education on childbirth, lactation, newborn care, and pregnancy preparation was provided. Shalini holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Pace University, accompanied by an exchange program experience at Macquarie University.
