Quercia Anne-Charlotte holds extensive experience in transformation and consulting, currently serving as Chief Transformation Officer and General Secretary at Kersia since September 2021. Prior to this role, Quercia worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in various capacities, including Principal and Project Leader, focusing on large transformations, digitalization, and M&A within the energy sector. Quercia's consultancy experience also includes a role at UNDP and internships with the Inter-American Development Bank and BCG. A financial advisor at GDF SUEZ Energy International from 2008 to 2012, Quercia managed project financing and M&A activities. Quercia's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs from Columbia University and degrees from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, Sciences Po, and Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
