Matthé de Waal

Matt Hooper is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in product operations and research and development. Currently serving as the VP of Product Operations at CIMcloud since February 2021, Matt previously held several key roles at VC3 from April 2002 to February 2021, including Director of Operations, Director of Research and Development, and Director of Internal Operations. In these positions, Matt directed multiple R&D teams focused on software, websites, and data center services, contributing to various innovative projects such as cloud-hosted services and analytics. Earlier career roles include software development positions at Microsoft, Impressa, and Renaissance Interactive, complemented by an MBA from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.
