Gulfikar Rinjani

Gulfikar Rinjani currently serves as the Operational Director at Kesia.id, overseeing a team of 20 in operations and marketing since December 2022. Previously, Gulfikar held roles as Product Leader at OVO (PT Visionet Internasional) and Grab, managing cross-functional teams and enhancing user experiences. Gulfikar also served as Senior Product Manager at Tokopedia, leading a large team to develop loyalty programs, and as Senior Market Management at Traveloka, introducing new products. Earlier experience includes a Business Development Manager role at Kata.ai, focusing on partnership projects and business development. Gulfikar's professional journey began with internships at Technologie und Innovationspark Jena and Siemens, enhancing industrial engineering skills. Gulfikar holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Indonesia and Bachelor's Degrees in Industrial Engineering from Swiss German University and Engineering from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen.
