Lee Kester

Lee Kester is the CEO and Founder of Kester Search Group, LLC ®, an executive recruiting firm specializing in permanent placements in various industries. Additionally, Lee is an Active Member at VentureSouth, an early-stage venture capital firm. Prior to founding Kester Search Group, Lee worked as a Sr. Manager/Executive Recruiter at System 1 Search, Inc. and as a Campus Ambassador at the University of Georgia. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The University of Georgia and has also completed an Executive miniMBA Program at Clemson University, along with attending Greenville Senior High Academy.
