Fred Kufta

Fred Kufta, AIF®, has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Fred is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Kestra Financial since November 2021. Prior to this, Fred held various roles at Lincoln Financial Distributors, including Director of Business Development and Director of Internal Sales - Defined Contributions. In these roles, they managed teams, developed strategic plans, implemented sales campaigns, and conducted training programs. Fred also worked at ING, where they served as a Sales Desk Manager, Director of Sales Training, and Key Accounts Manager. In these positions, they established sales teams, improved call quality and quantity, developed training programs, increased sales in key accounts, and implemented sales initiatives. Fred's experience showcases their expertise in business development, sales management, strategic planning, and training in the financial industry.

Fred Kufta, AIF® holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Bucknell University. Fred also obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Management from Morris County College.
