Kyla Sanders

Kyla Sanders is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a robust background in employee relations and consultancy. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Kestra Financial since June 2022, Kyla has previously held positions at Ericsson as an Employee Relations Specialist for the US and Canada and at Fiserv as a Senior Human Resources Consultant. Early career experience includes an internship at Toyota North America and leadership as President of the UNT Society of Human Resources Management. Kyla began their academic journey at the University of North Texas, where a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management was attained, following a high school diploma from Westside High School.
