Billy Thompson

Billy Thompson is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Chief Inspector at both Prime Energy Services and Kestrel Engineering, Inc. since October 2018 and February 2017, respectively, focusing on pipeline and crude oil facilities installations. In addition, Billy Thompson has held the position of General Superintendent at EXCEL USA since April 2015, overseeing night shift construction activities for plant upgrades. Billy Thompson previously worked as a Project Manager for Noble Energy from February 2014 to January 2015, managing a tie-back project, and served as a Construction Representative for Shell from January 2013 to January 2014, overseeing construction activities. From January 2001 to October 2012, Billy Thompson was a Project Manager at BP, responsible for all offshore construction activities, including tie-backs to Nakika and Marlin.
