Ursula Saint Léger

Ursula Saint Léger is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in corporate responsibility and sustainability. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at KESTREL Vision and General Secretary at PWN Paris, Ursula also holds the position of Independent Director on the Board of Air France. Prior roles include Partner at AXCEL Partners, where leadership in HR and ESG practices was emphasized, and Chief Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility Officer at Aliaxis. With earlier experience as Senior Vice President and Group Vice President of Human Resources at prestigious organizations such as Aptar, TAQA, UMICORE, and the Areva/Alstom group, Ursula possesses a comprehensive skill set in human resources management. Educational qualifications include an AMP from INSEAD and degrees from Université Paris-Sorbonne and Fenelon.
