Gurdeep Hora serves as the Asia Pacific Regional Leader and Managing Director for Kestria, the world's largest alliance of boutique retained executive search firms, since April 2022. With extensive experience since 1989 as the Managing Director of Synergy Consultants, Gurdeep has led executive search and selection for a diverse range of clients across multiple countries and sectors including technology, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. Previously holding various leadership roles at Kestria (formerly IRC Global Executive Search Partners) since 2015, Gurdeep has played a crucial role in the Technology Practice Group and has a strong background in business development across the Middle East. Gurdeep's educational background includes a B. Tech in Electronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Master’s in Business Management.
