Anthony Nardini has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anthony is currently the Founder & Chief Job-Seeker Advocate at NEXT Careers. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Talent at Contrary, a venture fund. At Contrary, they led the talent function and invested in a community of talented individuals. Before Contrary, Anthony worked at On Deck, where they held multiple roles, including Head of Hiring Org and Program Director for the On Deck First 50 Fellowship. Anthony also had a brief stint as a Founder Fellow at On Deck. Earlier in their career, Anthony was a Founder in Residence at Antler, a business unit manager at Goldman Sachs, and held various positions in private wealth management and portfolio solutions. Anthony played a key role in growth and profitability strategy, as well as serving on committees and leading projects within the organization.

Anthony Nardini holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and East Asian Studies from Washington and Lee University. Anthony also obtained a High School Diploma from Bergen County Academies, specializing in the Academy for Business and Computer Technology. Additionally, Anthony has obtained several certifications from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), including Series 10 and Series 9 in 2017, as well as Series 66 and Series 7 in 2008.
