Jen D'Amico has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jen is currently the Head of Business Development at Ketch, where they started in August 2022. Before that, they held the position of Head of GTM Enablement at Ketch from January to November 2022. Prior to joining Ketch, Jen worked as a Senior Manager for Sales & Marketing Operations at Ketch from March 2020 to January 2022.
In addition to their current role at Ketch, Jen is also a Member of WiSE - Women in Sales Enablement since May 2022.
Before their tenure at Ketch, Jen worked for Salesforce, where they served as a Project Manager for Sales Enablement from January to March 2020, and as a Manager for B2C Cloud Sales Enablement from February 2019 to January 2020. Jen also held the position of Sr. Specialist for Sales Enablement from February 2018 to February 2019, and started their career at Salesforce as a Sales Enablement Coordinator from November 2016 to February 2018.
Prior to Salesforce, Jen worked at Krux Digital as a Sales Operations Manager from May to November 2016. Jen also worked as a Client Solutions Manager from August 2015 to April 2016, and as an Associate Client Solutions Manager from September 2014 to August 2015.
Jen gained early professional experience at Corporate Translations, Inc., where they served as a Client Services Coordinator from December 2012 to May 2014. Jen also worked as a Digital Marketing Analyst at Save the Children US from September 2012 to January 2013.
Jen D'Amico completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Language and Literature from the University of Vermont from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they attend Saint Petersburg State University for a semester, focusing on Russian, Central European, East European, and Eurasian Studies. In 2018, they obtained an Instructional Learning Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
