Joshua Grossman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Joshua most recently worked at Ketch as a Customer Success Lead starting in August 2021.

Prior to that, they were a Senior Technical Account Manager at Grafana Labs from October 2020 to July 2021.

From 2016 to 2020, Joshua worked at Salesforce in various roles, including Team Lead & Senior Principal, Data Solutions, Senior Principal, Data Solutions, and Senior Client Partner. During their time at Salesforce, they led teams, managed a significant book of business, and achieved impressive customer renewal rates.

Before Salesforce, Joshua was a Senior Client Solutions Manager / Senior Analyst at Krux Digital from April 2015 to November 2016, where they managed DMP implementations and played a key role in optimizing the company's product mix.

Joshua also has experience at Mediasmith as a Director and Manager of Platforms and Analytics, where they led teams responsible for media performance and analytics. Joshua implemented automation and migrated systems to improve efficiency.
