Mike Carey has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting from their early career, they worked as an Assistant Media Planner at Citibank (Private Banking, Citi Fi)/ABB. Mike then moved on to The Media Edge, where they served as a Media Planner. After that, they joined Zenith Media as a Communications Planner.

In 2004, Mike joined Golf Magazine as a Sales Development Associate, and the following year, they transitioned to Boston.com, where they held multiple roles. Mike started as a Marketing Research Associate and later became an Online Marketing Specialist - Client Solutions, Sales Development Manager, and eventually a Digital Advertising Product Manager. Mike worked in this position until 2013, concurrently serving as a Programmatic Trading Manager at Havas Media / Affiperf for a brief period.

From 2013 to 2014, Mike returned to Boston.com as a Digital Advertising Product Manager before joining Krux Digital, which was acquired by Salesforce. During their tenure at Krux Digital, they held the roles of Sr. Client Solutions Manager, Client Partner, and Director of Link Data Strategy.

In 2016, Mike transitioned to Salesforce, where they worked for six years. Mike started as a Business Development Manager - Data Studio before moving on to become a Solutions Architect - Data Studio. Mike then served as a Success Architect for Audience Studio and later as a Senior Principal, Customer Success for Audience Studio, Interaction Studio, and CDP. In their final role at Salesforce, they were a Software Engineering LMTS - Program Manager - CDP.

Recently, in 2022, Mike joined Ketch as a Customer Experience Lead.

Mike Carey's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Fairfield University. Prior to that, they attended Boston College High School. Additionally, Mike has obtained certifications in Interaction Studio, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Social Specialist, and Salesforce Datorama Admin Certification - Expert from Salesforce.
