Nicole Morris, PMP

Nicole Morris, PMP has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nicole started their career as a Designer at Keith Companies in 1984 and then moved on to work as a Designer at Psomas from 1986 to 1989. Nicole then joined Brockmeier as a Designer in 1989 and spent many years there until 1998.

In 1998, Nicole Morris joined KETIV Technologies, Inc. and held various positions throughout their tenure. Nicole started as a Senior Applications Engineer, where they focused on Electrical Controls and Plant Design and Layout, assisting customers and understanding their needs. Nicole then became a Customer Success Manager, responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Following that, they served as a Technical Support Team Lead, where they led a team to provide product support and training to customers, along with managing internal and customer projects and training programs. Currently, they hold the position of Training and Support Manager, responsible for overseeing training and support functions for customers.

Throughout their career, Nicole Morris has demonstrated specialization in process analysis, problem-solving, and delivering technical support and training. Nicole'sextensive experience makes their well-equipped to handle complex projects and manage teams effectively.

Nicole Morris, PMP, has a diverse education history. In 1984, they enrolled in California State University Fullerton where they studied French and Dance until 1986. Following this, in 1996, they attended Santa Monica College where they pursued studies in Computer Programming. Throughout their educational journey, Nicole obtained various certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Nicole completed the EXIN Agile Scrum Master certification course at Simplilearn in February 2021. In January 2020, they successfully completed the PMP Certification Training Course, also at Simplilearn. Furthermore, Nicole earned the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2020. Additionally, they hold the certification of Certified Instructor Autodesk Inventor and Plant Specialist, both obtained through Autodesk, although the specific dates for these certifications are unavailable.
