Kelsey Toney

Kelsey Toney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, product development, and commercialization across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Portfolio Management and Chief of Staff at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. since October 2025, Kelsey has previously held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Innovation & Commercialization at Salad and Go and Director of Product and Program Management at Buff City Soap. Over the years, Kelsey has contributed significantly to new product development at Charlotte's Web and has a foundational background as a Product Specialist at Nestlé Purina North America. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health from Texas A&M University and a Master's Degree in Food Science from Kansas State University.
