Sona Shinde

Sona Shinde is a seasoned professional in sales and management with extensive experience in the automation and lighting sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Keus Automation Pvt Ltd since November 2022, Sona has developed and executed growth strategies for business expansion in western India and built effective sales and service teams. Prior to this, Sona held the position of Area Sales Manager at OSRAM from August 2015 to November 2022, where partnerships were established with channel partners across Maharashtra and Goa, and project sales were led in various sectors. Sona's earlier roles include Territory Manager at HAFELE (India) Pvt Ltd and Senior Executive at Crompton Greaves Ltd, among other positions, each contributing to a diverse skill set in sales strategies and market development. Sona holds an MBA in Marketing from Dr. Vikhe Patil Foundation’s Centre for Management Research and Development and a Bachelor of Commerce in E-Commerce from B.Y.K College of Commerce Nashik.
