John Nelson

Executive Vice President of Sales at KEV Group

John Nelson has over 20 years of experience in the food service industry. John began their career in 2001 as Co-Founder and CEO of ePOS Business Solutions Inc., where they developed strategic relationships across key school districts to successfully introduce a food service management software product into 20% of the entire California market. In 2013, they founded Indigo Bridge Technologies, where they sold and serviced competitive food service management software across key districts throughout the Western U.S. and successfully converted and upgraded all previous customers utilizing legacy software over a short 18 month period. From 2017 to 2023, Nelson worked for LINQ as Senior Vice President of National Partnerships, where they were promoted to spearhead key national sales partnerships for a groundbreaking, three-year, multi-revenue-stream SaaS development project. John also met with C-suite members of major K-12 food manufacturers to develop strategic alliances and generate profitable subscriptions. Additionally, they oversaw the full development of the SaaS solution, guiding cross-functional teams in product, engineering, marketing, and sales divisions to uncover new pathways to market. Finally, Nelson is currently working as the Executive Vice President of Sales for KEV Group since 2023.

John Nelson attended Northern Arizona University from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
