Tanya Morton

Tanya Morton has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources and operations. Tanya has a proven track record in driving talent and operational goals for organizations. Starting in 2013, Tanya worked as a Human Resources Associate at PatientOrderSets, where they focused on culture, engagement, and recruitment. Tanya then joined Think Research in 2014, initially as a Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for scaling, developing, and enabling the team. Tanya later became the Director of Talent and Operations and eventually the Associate Vice-President, leading organization-wide talent and operations goals. In 2020, Tanya joined Influitive as the Vice President of People Operations, where they were responsible for core P&C strategies and processes. Tanya then moved to Sensei Labs in 2021 as the VP of People, contributing to the development of smarter workplace solutions. Currently, Tanya is the Vice President of People and Culture at KEV Group, overseeing comprehensive activity fund management solutions for K-12 schools. Throughout their career, Tanya has consistently delivered results, received multiple accolades, and positively impacted employee engagement and recruitment efforts.

Tanya Morton completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Smith School of Business at Queen's University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they achieved an Honours Bachelor of Arts (HBA) degree in Psychology from York University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Tanya also obtained a Business Administration Diploma with a specialization in Human Resources from Sheridan College during the period of 2009 to 2010.
