Varada Divgi, M.D. D.Ch, F.A.A.P., C.T.T.S. has extensive work experience in various leadership and consulting roles within the medical field. In 1981, they began their career as a Consulting Physician at CHOA, where they introduced the discipline of Pediatric Pulmonology to Georgia and developed strategic interventions for the care of children with respiratory and sleep-related problems. Varada also served as a team member for the Pediatric Rehabilitation program and adapted to electronic medical records as a superuser.

In 1995, Dr. Divgi joined Georgia Pediatric Pulmonology Associates as a Pediatric Pulmonologist, where they implemented multiple protocols and treatment interventions that are now standard of care. Varada also introduced flexible bronchoscopy for children at Scottish Rite Hospital.

Alongside their medical career, Dr. Divgi founded SeekBEYOND LLC in 2014 and served as the Founder and CEO. Varada utilized their expertise in "the Body and Mind Connection" to bring about positive changes in thousands of children's lives. At SeekBEYOND LLC, they also provided life coaching programs, business promotion and organization, and served as a keynote speaker.

Since 2011, they have also been the Founder and CEO of ToBeFREE Consulting, where they focused on consulting in tobacco prevention for individuals, corporations, hospitals, and healthcare practices.

In 2021, Dr. Divgi joined Keva Health as the Director of the Pediatric Division. Then in 2022, they founded VBC Consulting LLC, where they currently serve as the CEO and Founder.

In 1967, Divgi began their medical education at the University of Bombay, where they obtained an M.B.,B.S. degree, which is the equivalent of an M.D. in the United States. They also earned a D.Ch. (diploma in child health) during their time at the University of Bombay.

After completing their medical education, Divgi pursued further training in the United States. From 1975 to 1978, they attended the University of Oklahoma, where they completed a Pediatrics Residency Program, specializing in pediatrics. In 1979, Divgi enrolled in the University of Florida and embarked on a Fellowship in Pediatric Pulmonology, a field focused on respiratory diseases in children. During this fellowship, Divgi acquired expertise in Pediatric Pulmonology.

In 2005, Divgi took part in the C.T.T.S. program (Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist) at the Mayo Clinic, which focused on tobacco prevention.

Furthermore, Divgi has obtained additional certifications unrelated to their medical education. In 2016, they became a certified Passion Test Facilitator through Enlightened Alliances. They have also earned certifications as a DreamBuilder Coach and Thinking Into Results Facilitator through the Life Mastery Institute and LifeSuccess Corporation.
