Galen Connell

Galen Connell is an experienced project and construction manager currently serving as a contract Project Manager for JEA in the Water/Wastewater Engineering & Construction sector at Keville Enterprises, Inc. since July 2019. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at CBRE from March 2005 to November 2010 and Senior Project Manager at Stellar, where responsibilities included overseeing the design and construction of JEA's first two Chilled Water Facilities. Galen also held the position of Director of Operations for Power Plants at JEA from January 1996 to July 1999, managing operations and maintenance for generating stations. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University.
