Len Pappalardo

Len Pappalardo has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Len started their career in 1992 as a Materials Technician at Briggs Associates before moving on to become a Project Engineer at ICF Kaiser Engineersbos in 1994. At ICF Kaiser Engineersbos, they provided Construction Management and Inspection services for various projects, including a ten-acre wastewater treatment facility.

From 1996 to 2000, Len worked as a Project Engineer at National Foundation Engineering, where they oversaw the construction of a bridge crossing package and utility relocation work package. Their responsibilities included QA oversight, inspection of contractor field operations, and coordination with the design team.

In 2000, Len joined Coast and Harbor Associates as a Construction Manager, where they managed the construction of a $25 million grammar school for the City of Lawrence, MA.

In 2001, Len joined Keville Enterprises, Inc. as a Construction Manager, providing on-site Construction Management for a $7 million electric sub-station project and the demolition of the Southside Electric Generating Station. Len also prepared daily reports and provided support information for work estimates and schedule updates.

Len continued their career at Keville Enterprises, Inc., serving as a Project Manager from 2003 to 2008. In this role, they coordinated with JEA's Planning Department and managed design and construction contracts for various roadway projects.

In 2008, Len became the Florida Program Manager and Transportation and Utility Leader for Keville Enterprises in Florida. Len utilized their 20 years of experience to represent the company and manage projects as a Senior Project Manager.
