Nicholas Lujan

Nicholas Lujan has over 18 years of experience as a licensed esthetician and makeup artist in New York City. Nicholas has created a safe space for all genders. From 2019 to the present, Nicholas worked at Kevyn Aucoin Beauty as the Global Head of Artistry, Education & Pro. In this role, they developed training curriculum, managed the Pro Program, conducted virtual and in-person appointments, and created videos for social channels. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2019, Nicholas worked at MAKE UP FOR EVER, where they served as a Pro & Media Educator, Managing Educator Sales, Managing Educator Wholesale, Assistant Managing Educator Retail, Touring Manager, and Retail Manager/Touring Artist/Educator. Before that, they were a Retail Manager at MAC Cosmetics from 2008 to 2010 and held various roles at MAC Cosmetics from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Nicholas worked as a Barista at Starbucks from 2000 to 2004 and as a Seasonal On-Site Cook and Front of House Manager at The Santa Fe Opera from 1999 to 2001.

Nicholas Lujan has a diverse education history. Nicholas obtained a Diploma of Education in Aesthetician/Esthetician and Skin Care Specialist from Christine Valmy. Following this, they pursued a Bachelors of Music with an emphasis on Opera Performance from The University of New Mexico, where they also studied Music Theory. Prior to that, Nicholas attended Santa Fe Community College, where they studied Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management, specializing in Chef Training.
