Jyoti Jani Patel

Jyoti Jani is the CEO and Founder of Spille:Play, a consultancy focused on culture and strategy for STEM and non-profit organizations, since October 2018. In addition to leading Spille:Play, Jyoti Jani hosts a world music show called Wo'Pop on KEXP, airing every other Tuesday. Formerly, Jyoti was a Co-Host of The Empathy Tour, creating initiatives for empathetic leadership during 2020. Previous experience at Boeing spanned over 13 years in various leadership roles, including managing test engineering teams and developing organizational strategies. Jyoti Jani holds an MA in Organizational Design from Seattle University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
