Stephanie Reisfeld Shafer serves as the Philanthropy Officer at KEXP, where responsibilities include overseeing the pipeline program and managing major giving donors and prospects, contributing to annual fundraising exceeding $8 million. Previous roles at KEXP included Associate Philanthropy Officer and Stewardship Manager. Additional experience includes serving as an Arts Grant Panelist for New Mexico Arts, a Research Associate at KO Projects Consulting, and various operational and programming positions within arts organizations such as Pacific Northwest Ballet and Jewish Community Center of San Francisco. Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in Arts Leadership from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Oregon.
