Gloria Gonano

Gloria Gonano has been working in the healthcare industry since 2010. Gloria began their career at The Watson Institute as a Registered Health Information Manager, where they designed and created system-level, operations-level, and end-user processes and procedures supporting several healthcare applications, recommending areas for improvement or redesign. Gloria also conducted regular quality assurance testing at the system level and ensured the agency's privacy policy compliance with federal, state, and other regulatory specifications. In 2015, they moved to M*Modal as a Physician Services Business Analyst. Currently, Gloria works at Kextil as a Customer Success Manager.

Gloria Gonano obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Information Management from the University of Pittsburgh between 2006 and 2010. Gloria then went on to earn their Master of Science (M.S.) in Health Care Administration from Saint Joseph's University between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they hold a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) certification from AHIMA.
