Amanda Peterson has extensive experience in both real estate and training management. Currently serving as the Manager of the Audit & Training Department at Key Benefit since February 2015, Amanda focuses on improving education and training processes related to various departments, including Billing and Eligibility, COBRA, Premium Accounting and Commissions, and Excess Recovery Loss. In addition to this role, Amanda has been a Real Estate Broker with eXp Realty since December 2017, representing clients in residential transactions in North and South Carolina. Previous experience includes roles as a Real Estate Broker with Remax Executive Group and Allen Tate Companies, as well as management positions at The Outsource Group and Novant Health, where Amanda specialized in enhancing employee performance and training.
