Debra Gowen

Debra Gowen has had a diverse range of work experiences in the insurance and benefits industry. Debra started their career at One Source Insurance in 2003 as an Employee Benefit Consultant, where they focused on new business sales and consulting with clients. Debra also handled financial and benefit utilization analysis and built relationships with various service providers. In 2008, they became the President of Beyond Benefits, LLC, where they continued to lead and manage the company until 2010. Debra then joined Advantage Health Solutions as a Self Funded Specialist until 2011. Gowen then worked at Brown & Brown Insurance as a Group Service Consultant from 2011 to 2012. Their most recent role was at Key Benefit Administrators, where they served as the Vice President of Client Relations.
